Welcome to Banjaramusafir. We strive to provide our customers with the best travel experiences. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making any booking with us. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all services offered by Banjaramusafir, including but not limited to:

Tour packages (domestic and international)

Hotel bookings

Transportation services (cab, bus, or other local transport arranged by us)

Adventure activities and experiences

Customized or tailor-made travel itineraries
2. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels of Banjaramusafir.
a. Tour Packages
Refunds will be processed as per the following schedule (unless otherwise mentioned at the time of booking):

More than 30 days before travel date: 90% refund (10% service & processing charges)

15–30 days before travel date: 70% refund

7–14 days before travel date: 50% refund
-
Less than 7 days before travel date: No refund
b. Hotel & Transport Bookings

Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective hotel, transport provider, or third-party vendor.

Banjaramusafir will deduct applicable service charges in addition to vendor cancellation charges.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Last-minute or promotional deals
-
Special discounted packages
-
Certain adventure activities or event-based bookings
-
Bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of confirmation
4. Cancellation or Changes by Banjaramusafir
In rare cases, Banjaramusafir may need to cancel or modify a trip due to:

Natural disasters or weather conditions
-
Government restrictions or local authority regulations
-
Insufficient number of participants
-
Operational or safety reasons
In such cases, customers will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
An alternative trip/date, or
-
Travel credit/voucher for future use
The final decision will depend on the nature of the situation.
5. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to report on the scheduled date and time (no-show), no refund will be provided.
6. Early Departure or Unused Services

No refunds will be provided for early departures, missed activities, or unused services once the trip has started.

This includes unused hotel nights, meals, transport, or activities.
7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

Any bank or payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
8. Force Majeure
Banjaramusafir shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God
-
Pandemics or epidemics
-
Political unrest or strikes
-
Flight cancellations by airlines
Refunds in such cases will depend on recoveries from suppliers.
